I am so happy to be back at the idyllic Mas Igols Soul Farm here in Penedes, Barcelona for 5 nights to celebrate the abundance of Summer Solstice.
With guaranteed bright warm sunshine this is a retreat to bring you pure joy.
This glorious luxury 6 day retreat is set in the beautiful wild countryside of Penedes and is just 45 mins from Barcelona.
Surrounded by beautiful vineyards and mountains, it’s the perfect escape from the busyness of your life.
We’ll set intentions with the powerful Summer Solstice energy with powerful elemental asanas, guided meditations, contemplative journaling, ceremony and so much more.
There will be a time for inner reflection, space for you to connect to nature with morning hikes to fresh water pools, and opportunities to get creative with a very unique Ceramics workshop.
It's a retreat to fill up your self care cup to the brim and let it overflow!

There will be twice daily nourishing elemental yoga practices, both yang and yin.
Reflective journaling, meditation and breath work
A Creative Ceramic Ritual workshop, which you will be able to take home with you

Lots of opportunities to rest, swim, read, and receive massages, Reiki and other treatments.

The Masia is owned by artist Iris Stonies and her art work is singing loud from all corners of the house.
It truly is a beautiful boutique retreat venue.

8am - Morning Practice
10.30am - Brunch
11.30-3pm - Free Time (Swim, Walk, Read, Massages & Treatments)
3pm - 4pm Tea and Savoury Snack/Cake
415pm - Ritual/Workshop
5.30pm - Yin
7.30pm - Dinner

Each room is a sacred haven for relaxation and rest and all come with their own En suite Bathroom.
There are Single, Double and Triple Occupancy rooms available
Single Occupancy £1700/2040€ per person
